The Montecrocetta vineyards are located on tuffs of volcanic origin with an average age of the vines of thirty years. In the drying technique used by the cellar on drying, centuries-old local traditions are followed, with an attention always aimed at experimentation.

From our vineyards adjacent to the cellar, where a military airfield was located at the time of the First World War, Militare XV-XVIII was born.
