This special Grappa Riserva di Nebbiolo already matured, for a long period (over 2 years), in oak wood was subsequently raised over 24 months in barrels purchased in Portugal and already used, previously, to raise the "vintage Porto" of some of the most prestigious wineries. The particular stay in port barrels, already used in Whiskeys, has been experimented by us in an innovative way on Grappa and with exceptional results from a qualitative point of view. The delicate and particular aroma and the unique flavor, full, elegant and with a fruity aftertaste, are very reminiscent of that of the port already contained in these barrels.
Color: Amber.
Bouquet: Delicate, particular, with notes of vanilla.
Taste: Unique, full, elegant, with an aftertaste of ripe berries and long persistence.
