This special Grappa Riserva di Barbera already matured, for a long period (2 years), in oak, was subsequently raised over 24 months in barrels purchased in Spain and already used to raise the "Sherry" of one of the most prestigious wineries . The particular stay in Sherry barrels was experimented by us in an innovative way on Grappa and with exceptional results from a qualitative point of view. The intense and characterizing aroma and the elegant, engaging flavor with a sweet aftertaste, are very reminiscent of that of the Sherry already contained in these barrels.
