Senes is the new red of the Argiolas winery, a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva dedicated to the centenarians of the island, such as Antonio Argiolas, founder of the company who died at the age of 104. Produced from the old vineyards grown on the hills of Siurgus Donigala, in Trexenta, characterized by calcareous marl and exposed to the mistral winds, it is vinified in steel vats and aged in concrete tanks - where the malolactic fermentation takes place - and in small barrels of oak.
