'S London Gin is distilled in small batches in the heart of Polesine and has an authoritative and inimitable character. Its flavor is the result of the quality of the raw materials used and its triple distillation in discontinuous stills with the exclusive Mantovani 1824 method. In his creation Paolo Mantovani uses 7 different botanical types including the most prized Juniper Berries, Liquorice Calabria, Sicilian citrus fruits, Angelica and Coriander, which characterize it and give it a unique aroma. The scent of 'S London Gin is broad and inviting with strong notes of juniper. It is perfect in cocktails, to which it gives an extraordinary flavour. Mixed with tonic water it is pleasant and thirst-quenching.
