Carmenere is an intense and enveloping wine, it is a clone of Cabernet Franc and Gros Cabernet. 100% pure, it is obtained from grapes grown in the Acque di Lonigo area (just above the Convento dei Frati). Medium-bodied fruity, intense and enveloping on the nose, with a deep ruby color. It releases a bouquet of spices and black berries, accompanied by notes of chocolate. On the palate it is soft and persistent, with a delicate tannicity that goes well with grilled meats, cured meats and cheeses. Our Carmenere is produced with grapes selected and grown with the utmost care, to obtain a superior quality organic wine.
