“Le Rive”: this is the name of the steepest slopes of our Conegliano-Valdobbiadene hills.
The carefully selected grapes for our Rive come from a pleasant hill of morainic origin, located north of the Castle of San Salvatore, the Collalto hill.
Visually the color has a refined pale straw yellow tone, the bubbles are very fine and persistent.
The sense of smell, very captivating, stands out for its elegance and finesse, well defined and precise. It highlights floral, fruity, fresh aromas, with notes that lead to mineral sensations; fragrant, yeasty hints present, but well blended, not dominant. On the palate an immediate pleasantness and shelf life, the rich, fine, creamy and soft effervescence. Excellent intensity and persistence, with a persuasive finish.
